Ford & Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, announces the addition of
Shella B. Neba as an associate in the firm's Denver office.

"Her experience will augment our ability to continue providing the top-quality service that our clients have come to expect -- both in labor and employment matters and in the other types of litigation our office handles."
Neba concentrates her practice on representing clients in employment disputes involving alleged violations of federal employment statutes, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). She has also represented clients in commercial disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, covenants not to compete, and Lanham Act claims. She received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2007. She joins the firm from the Denver office of Faegre & Benson.
