Date   Jan 20, 2017

FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Michelle B. Abidoye, Stephen R. Lueke, and Lyne A. Richardson were named “2017 Southern California Super Lawyers” by Super Lawyers Magazine.

Super Lawyers recognizes attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their legal practice. Attorneys are chosen for this honor through a statewide nomination process, peer review by practice area and independent research on candidates. The rigorous process is designed to identify lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Only five percent of attorneys in the state of California are selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers.

Michelle concentrates her practice on defending and counseling employers on all aspects of labor and employment law. She represents clients in a variety of industries, but has particular expertise in the aviation industry. Michelle's employment litigation experience includes defending against class action and individual claims for wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, and discrimination. Michelle serves as the liaison for the FordHarrison school in Cambodia and serves on the Executive Committee for both the Women Lawyers of Los Angeles ("WLALA") and the Trial Practice Inn of Court, Los Angeles Chapter.

Steve focuses his practice on labor and employment law and related litigation on behalf of management. He represents employers in all facets of labor and employment, particularly in the areas of labor negotiations, arbitrations, wage and hour matters, and before the National Labor Relations Board.
