FordHarrison LLP is pleased to announce that Todd Aidman has been selected as a member of the Management Group. The Management Group is comprised of the office managing partners, administrative partners, and the members of the Executive Committee. They are responsible for the implementation of major firm decisions and policies, and for overseeing the day to day management of the firm.
Todd's current role as Chair of the Lateral Growth Committee has been incorporated into the Management Group. In this role, he has already aided in the firm's merger with Christine D. Hanley & Associates, now FordHarrison's West Palm Beach location, the affiliate relationships with the Philadelphia firm Paiser Litvin and the St. Louis firm The Lowenbaum Partnership, and several partners across the country.

Todd Aidman devotes his practice to working with companies on a broad range of labor and employment law matters. He is experienced in complex and class action litigation and regularly practices in the trial and appellate levels of federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies such as the EEOC and DOL. As a highly acclaimed and nationally recognized speaker and trainer, Todd regularly provides high-intensity, interactive seminars and classes for in-house counsel, human resource professionals and management and was a two-term chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the Hillsborough County Bar.
Todd also serves as a member of the Marketing Committee. Todd has been with the firm for 14 years, and was named a partner in 2007.
