Tracey Jaensch Named Regional Managing Partner of Six Florida Offices

FordHarrison LLP is pleased to announce that Tracey Jaensch has been named a Regional Managing Partner, supervising six of the firm's Florida offices. Tracey has served as Office Managing Partner for Tampa since 2010, and will now have the additional responsibilty of overseeing the Jacksonville, Melbourne, Miami, Orlando, and West Palm Beach offices.

"Tracey demonstrated her strong leadership skills as the Managing Partner of the Tampa office, and we are excited to see her step into the Regional Managing Partner position," said Lash Harrison, firm Managing Partner. Tracey Jaensch's practice focuses on defending employers in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and contract dispute litigation.  She represents companies in a variety of industries, including health care, corrections, banking, hospitality and retail.  Her specialty is complex litigation and trial work.  She has successfully tried numerous cases for clients and been lead defense attorney in multi-plaintiff discrimination lawsuits in Florida.  Tracey has significant experience in executive level employment contract disputes, trade secret and whistle-blower suits.

She serves as the Chair of the Florida Diversity Council and served as a Chair for the 2013 Tampa Women in Leadership Symposium.
