About the Program
On November 14, 2016 the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) released a new version of the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. By January 22, 2017, employers must use the new Form I-9 for all new hires, and also for reverifying any existing employees who require reverification of their work authorization.
