Stephen Lueke was quoted in the SHRM article, "What Are the Prospects for Single-Payer Health Care in California?" on California's bill, S.B. 562, that would created a single-payer health care system for the state. The article discusses the high cost of the bill as well as who supports and opposes it.
On where funding for the bill would come from, Stephen said "Whether California could get waivers from the Trump administration is an open question."
