About the Program
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ("the Act") imposes many new requirements on employers with group health plans. Benefit plans will need to be reviewed and changed as the requirements of the Act are implemented over the next several years. Join Ford & Harrison attorney Tiffany Downs as she reviews the key provisions of the Act and the deadlines and impact of those provisions.
Approval from HRCI is pending for 1.5 hours of PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification credit. Approval from the State Board of Georgia is pending for 1.5 hours of CLE credit.
