ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Join FordHarrison attorneys Shannon Kelly and Rachel Saady-Saxe for a webinar on the latest EEOC guidance on workplace harassment. On March 29, 2024, the EEOC unveiled new guidance aimed at addressing harassment in the workplace. This comprehensive update, effective immediately, consolidates the EEOC’s previous guidance while introducing crucial new aspects reflecting recent changes in law. Notably, it expands the definition of "sex-based" harassment to include pregnancy, childbirth, sexual orientation, and gender identity, among other significant changes. This webinar will delve into:

  • Familiarizing employers with the guidance and its expanded categories of prohibited harassment
  • Strategies for policy review
  • Manager training
  • Guidance to ensure compliance and foster a harassment-free workplace environment.

Employers must promptly acquaint themselves with these updates and adjust their policies accordingly, so don’t miss out on gaining important information on these vital changes!
