About Dawn's Panel
When The Mean Kids Show Up At Work
As many as one-third of U.S. workers have reported being bullied on the job. Workplace bullying has been defined as repeated, health-harming conduct by superiors and co-workers – conduct that is abusive and harassing, but not necessarily unlawful. In many cases, workplace bullying can trigger a host of stress-related health complications, such as hypertension, depression and anxiety, causing disruption to a worker's immediate job and career but also resulting in significant costs to employers.

This panel will explore the growing problem of bullying (including cyber-bullying) in the workplace and provide you with guidance on how to prevent and remedy the same in your organization.

Moderator: Dawn Siler-Nixon, FordHarrison, Tampa, FL
