The FordHarrison Airline Group is headed to San Antonio for the 2023 Airline Labor & Employment Law Symposium! Attendees will be afforded plenty of time for face-to-face networking with industry peers and will take away best practices for managing emerging labor and employment law challenges in today’s aviation workplace. The symposium will feature:
- Presentations on DEI, team engagement, accommodating younger generations in the workplace, foreign pilot hiring, enforcement of pilot retention agreements, and other emerging employment law issues in the industry;
- Panel presentations on hot button issues in today's aviation labor relations environment including union priorities, practical issues in contract negotiations, and grievance arbitration best practices;
- Updates on state and local laws impacting industry employers;
- A casual and social off-site dinner reception on Thursday evening at The Alamo;
- Continuing education credit for participants (CLE in multiple states, HRCI and SHRM PDC’s); and
