Alyce Ogunsola concentrates her legal practice on the representation of management clients in labor and employment law matters.
Alyce defends and advises employers in a broad range of matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and Family and Medical Leave Act. The clients she has represented operate in a variety of industries including healthcare, hospitality, retail, and financial services.
Before Alyce joined FordHarrison, she was an associate in employment law practice of a mid-sized civil and commercial litigation law firm with offices throughout the southeastern U.S. Earlier in her career, Alyce practiced law in the public sector, serving as an attorney with the Georgia Department of Community Health. In this role, she routinely advised the agency on matters related to employment and health law. Prior to this position, Alyce worked for the Federal Housing Finance Agency as the Americans with Disabilities Act Coordinator.
While earning her J.D. at Cornell Law School, Alyce served as an editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and as a judicial intern for Judge Inez Smith-Reid of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
A native of McDonough, Georgia, Alyce and her husband Dimeji currently reside in Atlanta.
