Ariadna ("Ari") Hernandez's legal practice is specifically focused on the representation of employers in disputes related to labor and employment law. 

Ari represents national and multinational companies before both federal and state courts, U.S. and state-specific administrative agencies, and arbitral tribunals. She has handled a broad range of single-plaintiff and collective action employment cases including alleged violations of non-compete statutes, wage and hour laws, and whistleblower regulations, as well as claims of breaches of employment contracts, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. 

While Ari is an skilled litigator, a key component of her practice is providing preventive advice and counsel to employers facing personnel issues. She routinely conducts investigations, compliance audits, and management training on a variety of employment law topics, Ari also provides day-to-day advice to her clients on best practices in investigations, government contracting compliance, compensation, and cross-border employment issues. 

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Ari was an attorney at a multinational boutique labor and employment law firm and was a member of the firm's Corporate Governance and Internal Investigations Practice Group as well as its International Employment Issues Practice Group. 

Ari also has a first-hand understanding of the challenges faced by in-house attorneys as well as HR professionals, having previously served as General Counsel for two civil engineering companies and their subsidiaries and, prior to earning her JD, as a human resources coordinator for a large international optics distributor.

Ari also served as the Editor-in-Chief for the CABA Briefs Magazine, published by the Cuban American Bar Association from 2009 through 2011. While in law school, Ari served as Executive Research Editor for the Florida Journal of Law & Public Policy and Editor for the Florida Journal of International Law.
