Ariadna ("Ari") Hernandez's legal practice is specifically focused on the representation of employers in disputes related to labor and employment law.

Ari Hernandez represents employers in employment disputes before federal and state courts, U.S. and state-specific administrative agencies, and arbitral tribunals. She has handled a broad range of single-plaintiff and collective action employment cases including alleged violations of non-compete statutes, wage and hour laws, and whistleblower regulations, as well as claims of breaches of employment contracts, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

A key component of her practice is providing practical preventive advice and hands-on handling of day-to-day issues as well as best practices for compliance and investigations. Ari has a first-hand understanding of the challenges faced by in-house attorneys as well as HR professionals, having previously served as General Counsel for two civil engineering companies and their subsidiaries and, prior to earning her JD, as a human resources coordinator for a large international optics distributor.

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Ari was an attorney at a multinational boutique labor and employment law firm and was a member of the firm's Corporate Governance and Internal Investigations Practice Group as well as its International Employment Issues Practice Group. At Ford Harrison, she continues to work on cross-border employment issues.
