OUR PEOPLE

Jenny Choi's legal practice is focused on the representation of management in matters related to labor and employment law.

Jenny is skilled in representing clients in all phases of litigation, including any appellant processes. Her experience includes defending employers against alleged violations of federal and California wage and hour laws, as well as against claims of discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. Jenny represents clients in a broad range of industries including healthcare, hospitality, and retail.  She defends employers in state and federal courts throughout California and before government agencies including the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) and Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
