Karl Analo's legal practice is exclusively focused on the representation of employers in labor and employment matters.
Karl has significant experience litigating complex labor and employment law issues including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and the like. He has represented a broad range of industries in these matters including companies operating in the food, finance, construction, and real estate sectors. Although Karl is more than comfortable in the courtroom, he is also committed to helping employers avoid litigation whenever possible, through implementation and enforcement of sound personnel policies, thorough investigation of issues when they arise, and proactive management training.
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Karl was an associate in the Chicago office of a large general services law firm where he represented companies in matters involving labor and employment, commercial litigation, intellectual property, trust and estates, and real estate.
While in law school, Karl served as an Articles Editor for The Elder Law Journal and participated in the Frederick Douglass Moot Court competition.
