OUR PEOPLE

Kristina Griffin represents employers in labor and employment disputes and provides guidance on workplace issues including non-compete agreements, personnel policies, and disability accommodations.

Kristina handles litigation arising from claims of discrimination under Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Kristina also counsels employers regarding implementing effective policies and procedures that comply with the law.

Kristina represents clients in state and federal court and also regularly handles charges of discrimination in administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

While still in law school, Kristina completed a legal externship in which she worked alongside the in-house legal team of a global leader in consumer payment technologies. Then, as an attorney, Kristina returned to the same company, providing additional guidance and advice to internal business clients.
