Noah Woo's legal practice is devoted to the representation and counsel of management in labor and employment law matters.

Noah has experience defending a broad array of litigation claims including charges of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, failure to provide reasonable accommodations, and violations of state and federal wage and hour statutes. He has handled cases from inception through resolution and has represented many clients in depositions. Noah has represented clients in a host of industries, including automotive, horticulture, real estate, textile, and construction.

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Noah served as an associate attorney in a California-based general services law firm, defending clients not only in employment law issues, but also in disputes related to both general and premises liability. While in law school, Noah served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Hastings Science and Technology Law Journal and completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Fred W. Slaughter of the Orange County Superior Court. He also participated in the Startup Legal Garage: Technology and Biotech Module, assisting small businesses and start-up companies in handling legal issues related to corporate and intellectual property law.

  • Successfully filed and argued anti-SLAPP motion, obtaining monetary sanctions and resulting in a dismissal
