Sarah Aufdenkampe represents employers in traditional labor matters in the firm's Airline Group.

She focuses her practice on grievance resolution, including arbitrations and mediations.  Additionally, Sarah provides legal advice to employers regarding representation matters before the National Mediation Board. Sarah also litigates under the Railway Labor Act and counsels the firm's airline clients on a wide range of workplace issues and statutes, including the Pilot Records Improvement Act and AIR21.

  • Successfully represented an airline client in a grievance arbitration where union was claiming that company did not have just cause to terminate employee.
  • Successfully represented airline client in a grievance arbitration involving a dispute over the interpretation of a collective bargaining agreement.
