About the Program

Hosted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Labor, Employment & Immigration Division and Workforce Freedom Initiative, this event will explore the different facets of organized labor's most disruptive organizing tactic. Business leaders, attorneys and shareholder activist experts will discuss what really happens in a corporate campaign and the destructive effect they can have. The luncheon speaker will be David Bego, author of the book The Devil at My Doorstep. Ford & Harrison attorney Ron Kimzey will also speak at the program.
