Ford & Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, is pleased to announce that Marion F. Walker, a Birmingham-based attorney, has been named to Law & Politics' 2011 list of "Alabama Super Lawyers."
Marion Walker has experience in both general and complex litigation and arbitration with more than 70 cases tried to a verdict. During 33 years of practice, she has handled and provided advice on employment issues and litigation, as well as class actions, fraud, business torts, intellectual property, finance and construction, representing clients before state and federal administrative agencies. Walker has been a mediator for over 10 years and an active speaker and writer on e-discovery issues. She received her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in 1976.
