Date   Oct 7, 2019

FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Cymoril M. White and Christiane Nolton have joined the Tampa office as associates.

“Christiane and Cymoril are fearless leaders with bright futures ahead of them and we are excited to have them join our office,” said Ed Carlstedt, Tampa Office Managing Partner.

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Christiane Nolton was an associate in the labor and employment law practice group of a large general practice corporate law firm. Christiane's background of having worked in state enforcement agencies gives her a unique perspective when guiding clients through their most complex labor and employment law issues, from day-to-day workplace disputes to class and collective actions. She has represented companies in a variety of industries, with a specific focus on defending claims of gender, race, disability and sex discrimination as well as defending employment related claims based on common law tort and contract theories.

Cymoril White concentrates her legal practice on the representation and counsel of management clients in labor and employment law matters. Prior to joining FordHarrison, Cymoril worked as a summer associate in the Miami office a large general services law firm and prior to that, as a summer legal clerk in the legal department of a large national banking and finance corporation. These posts allowed her to gain experience conducting legal research, drafting legal memoranda, preparing oral arguments, and drafting and reviewing contracts, from both the private practice and corporate counsel perspectives. While in law school, Cymoril was a member of Stetson University College of Law’s nationally recognized Trial Team and Dispute Resolution Team, where she received the Best Advocate award at the William & Mary Negotiation Competition (2017).
