We’ll address the top notes of compliance in this new political environment covering a myriad of Federal regulatory schemes including Wage Hour, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Fair Credit Reporting Act, OSHA, FMLA, NLRA, and Immigration. And, we’ll discuss a number of proactive measures that may be implemented to facilitate your compliance efforts.
