About the Program
Good intentions are no substitute for persistent attention to the impact and intricacies of law, rule and regulation on every business unit – public, private, for-and-not-for profit.

FordHarrison understands the infirmities of “good intentions” and, likewise, that compliance is the foundation of every vibrant litigation avoidance program.  To these ends, our 2017 Compliance Briefing embraces a strategic, forward view of the employment relationship, a focused view with a wide angle lens.  We’ll address the top notes of compliance in this new political environment covering a myriad of Federal regulatory schemes including Wage Hour, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Fair Credit Reporting Act, OSHA, FMLA, NLRA, and Immigration.  And, we’ll discuss a number of proactive measures that may be implemented to facilitate your compliance efforts.
