Dannie Fogleman has concentrated his practice in employment-related litigation in both state and federal courts for the past 30 years.

He has handled a number of high-profile cases, ranging from pension and benefits litigation to class actions and sexual harassment cases. Dannie also has extensive experience in representing private employers in collective bargaining and arbitrations, as well as advising government contractors with respect to the Service Contract Act.

A significant portion of his practice is devoted to representing air carriers under the Railway Labor Act and related statutes. Dannie has represented airlines in scores of arbitrations as well as federal and state court litigation and AIR 21 matters. Dannie also represents airlines in collective bargaining and advises airlines on labor relations issues.
