For more than 40 years, Edward "Bud" O'Donnell has worked with clients to find sound solutions to their most complex labor and employment law issues.  

Bud represents employers in both the private and public sector in all areas of employment law, including in the defense of claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation , violations of FMLA and FLSA. Bud also regularly counsels clients on how to respond to and investigate claims of corporate and individual employee misconduct.

In the private sector Bud has handled more than 100 organizing drives and decertification efforts and appears regularly in all matters before the National Labor Relations Board. He has been first chair in negotiating hundreds of collective bargaining agreements in the public and private sectors, including many which resulted in substantial wage and benefit reductions. Clients routinely call upon Bud to provide counsel through strikes and lockouts. His work in the public sector includes representing municipal employers and boards of education in all phases of collective bargaining, mediation, arbitration, binding interest arbitration, and discrimination lawsuits.
