Ford & Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, announces the addition of Erica L. Berencsi as an associate in the firm's Los Angeles office.
"We are excited that Erica is joining our growing team in Los Angeles," said Lyne Richardson, managing partner of Ford & Harrison's Los Angeles office. "Her background in labor relations will definitely strengthen the firm's labor management practice."
Berencsi focuses her practice on labor relations, including counseling employers in connection with negotiating collective bargaining agreements and handling arbitrations.
Prior to joining Ford & Harrison, Berencsi was hired as an Honor's Program attorney with the National Labor Relations Board, Region 16-Texas. During her three years with the NLRB, she litigated unfair labor practice cases before administrative law judges, investigated unfair labor practice charges and conducted secret-ballot elections. During law school, Erica worked for the Office of Collective Bargaining for two years, where she represented management in various collective bargaining matters including contract negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations. Berencsi received her J.D. from The Ohio State University in 2008.
