FordHarrison Adds a Senior Associate to Berkeley Heights Office

FordHarrison LLP, one of the country's largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce the addition of Natalya Johnson as a Senior Associate in the firm's Berkeley Heights, New Jersey office. Natalya comes to FordHarrison from Fox Rothschild LLP.

"We couldn't be more excited to have Natalya join our office," said Salvador Simao, Managing Partner of the firm's Berkeley Heights office. "She brings with her years of valuable experience and will make a great addition to our team."

Natalya Johnson focuses her law practice on the representation and counsel of management in employment law issues. Natalya actively litigates in federal and state courts and in alternate dispute resolution forums. She has handled a wide range of matters on behalf of financial institutions, not-for-profit organizations and Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Natalya defends employers in matters including restrictive covenants, discrimination and retaliation cases.

Natalya is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Garden State Bar Association, a board member of the Executive Board of Directors of the Cornell Law School Alumni Association, a member of the Young Lawyers Advisory Committee for Volunteer Lawyers for Justice and the Co-Chair of the Northeast Region of the Cornell Black Lawyers Network. Prior to joining FordHarrison, Natalya served as an associate in the litigation practice group of a national full-service law firm. In this role, she handled a broad range of matters including general business litigation and contract disputes. While in law school, she served as the General Editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and on the Cornell Law School Moot Court Board. Natalya earned her bachelor's degree magna cum laude from Cornell University. During her time at Cornell, she also competed as an NCAA Division I Track & Field athlete.
