FordHarrison Adds Two New Associates

FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that two new associates, Amber Arnette, Atlanta and Noah M. Woo, San Francisco, have joined the firm. 

Amber Arnette represents companies of all sizes operating in the airline industry. She routinely defends employers against employment law claims related to wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, failure to provide accommodations, harassment, and wage and hour violations. Amber represents employers in both state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies on the state and federal level. She also guides airline employers through labor relations issues related to grievance, contract negotiations, and employee communications. Prior to joining FordHarrison, Amber served as a law clerk for the Honorable Frank M. Hull on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and prior to that, as a staff attorney for the same court. 

Noah Woo has experience defending a broad array of litigation claims including charges of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, failure to provide reasonable accommodations, and violations of state and federal wage and hour statutes. He has handled cases from inception through resolution and has represented many clients in depositions. Noah has represented clients in a host of industries, including automotive, horticulture, real estate, textile, and construction. Prior to joining FordHarrison, Noah served as an associate attorney in a California-based general services law firm, defending clients not only in employment law issues, but also in disputes related to both general and premises liability.
