FordHarrison Launches Enhanced Online Resources

"KnowledgeCenter" a Central Feature of Revamped Website
Date   Jun 13, 2012

Responding to rapidly changing client needs, FordHarrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, has redesigned its firm website (www.fordharrison.com) as a multipurpose resource center offering heightened functionality, research capabilities, and knowledge content.

"Throughout our history, FordHarrison has recognized the importance of technology in delivering accurate, timely and cost-effective legal solutions," said Firm Managing Partner, Lash Harrison. "Using emerging technologies to improve efficiency is one of the five core principles that we promise to our clients," added Harrison.

The cornerstone of the retooled website is its KnowledgeCenter, a collection of digital resources on the firm and the issues of greatest concern to its clients.  This virtual library provides access to updated firm news, event information and a wide range of publications that includes blogs, alerts on emerging legal issues, and FordHarrison's popular manuals and training materials for employers.

The KnowledgeCenter also includes the login page for FordHarrison's SourceBook, a subscription-based service providing a comprehensive yet concise arsenal of information to help clients understand the numerous state and federal labor and employment laws relevant to them.  The online version provides the added advantage of searchable text, constant updates and instant accessibility.

In concert with its new website, the firm has enhanced its entire technology functionality, including the addition of FordHarrison Information Now Database ("FhIND"), an internal searchable database powered by Lexis Search Advantage, the implementation of an industry-leading CRM system and state-of-the-art internal technical training.
