About the Webinar
On August 18, 2022, OFCCP issued a revised Directive addressing contractors’ regulatory obligation to evaluate compensation systems for discrimination and how the agency will assess compliance with that requirement.
NILG’s October 19, 2022 webinar “Advancing Pay Equity Through Compensation Analysis: Understanding Revised OFCCP Directive 2022-01” reviewed the history of the revised Directives and options for disclosing compensation analysis detail to the OFCCP (see the webinar here).
During the December 7, 2022 follow-up webinar, members of the NILG Advisory Council will present an overview of the statistical methodologies referenced in the updated Directive; outline simple forms of statistical review that contractors can put into action; and reference Title VII and related legal issues that contractors should keep in mind when reviewing pay equity.
