About the Program
A well done employee handbook is an employer's best friend; anything less is an employer's nightmare. In this workshop, we'll explore the constructs of a well done handbook -- simple, straightforward and short (as possible) – with a view toward the every changing landscape of laws, rules and regulation that impact a handbook's contents. Participants will leave with a number of model policies and an understanding of how to create a dynamic document that addresses their personnel processes from on-boarding to separating and all that falls between.
Continuing Education
We will be offering 1.5 hours of General CLE credit including 2 hours of Labor & Employment Law certification credit, 1.5 hours of HRCI credit and 1.5 hours of SHRM credit.
