This briefing will feature a 90 minute employment law update as well as a one hour update on cybersecurity.&nbsp;</p>  <ul> 	<li><strong>Employment Law Update &ndash;</strong> FordHarrison partners Angela Cummings and Julie Adams will discuss the latest updates in employment law and will provide you with practical guidance in responding to day-to-day employee situations. Among other trending topics, Angela and Julie will discuss the Department of Labor&rsquo;s Final Rule updating the &ldquo;white collar&rdquo; overtime exemptions, which goes into effect on January 1, 2020. &nbsp;</li> 	<li><strong>Data Security and Forensics, Privacy, and Cyber Liability Basics* &ndash; </strong>This session will be led by notable forensic and cybersecurity expert Clark Walton, of Reliance Forensics.
