About the Program
The National Conference on Equal Employment Opportunity Law is presented by the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law’s Equal Employment Opportunity Law Committee. The program provides an unparalleled opportunity to focus on both trial practice issues and current legal and policy developments relating to equal employment opportunity and related workplace claims. It will address issues and concerns from the perspective of plaintiff, management, union, the judiciary and government counsel.
