We encourage all our businesses to join us for a webinar on March 10th, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. when we will hear from Kimberly Ross, an employment attorney with FordHarrison LLP, on new Illinois employment laws and changes from 2021 (and a few from 2020). Kimberly will speak about new &ldquo;protected classifications,&rdquo; changes to VESSA, new laws on non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants, the new Consumer Coverage Disclosure Act, and the Illinois Secure Choice Savings Program Act, among others.
