As workers are laid off and terminated, many challenge these decisions through litigation. The growth in the number of discrimination charges and lawsuits has been unprecedented. This program will examine the increase in employment related claims and the insurance coverage available to respond to those claims. It will also address coverage defenses to employment-related claims and tricky issues, such as defending both supervisors&nbsp;and the employer under the same policy.</p>  <p></p>
