Jeff Wall is a member of FordHarrison's airline practice group and has over 20 years of experience with the airline industry. He concentrates his practice on labor relations, including labor negotiation strategies and corporate/employee communications. 

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Jeff was Vice President of Labor Relations for a major U.S. based airline and oversaw the strategic planning and management of human resource and labor issues during the merger of two large U.S. based air carriers. During his time in the airline industry, he led critical projects, including cross-divisional employee communication campaigns, labor contract negotiations, front-line management engagement programs as well as retirement, pension and benefits initiatives. Jeff has broad experience with traditional labor law, representing major and regional airline and rail clients in labor negotiations, mediation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, HR and fair employment policy development and regulatory compliance matters.

  • Developed labor and employee communications strategies encompassing union representation, seniority integration and collective bargaining for the merger of leading global airlines
  • Extensive expertise in human resource and labor restructuring issues, including early retirement programs, workforce reductions, sub-contracting and concessionary bargaining strategies
