Jenna Goldman concentrates her practice on the defense and counsel of management in employment law issues. 

She has extensive experience handling a large caseload of claims from initial factual development through post-hearing work. Prior to joining FordHarrison, Jenna served as a Senior Legal Associate for a national disability advocacy group. In this role she was responsible for conducting extensive reviews of client's records, drafting and submission of individualized pre-hearing memorandum for Administrative Law Judges, representing clients at hearings throughout the country, and directing and training staff and contract attorneys for hearings and case development tasks. 

While in law school, Jenna served as the Lead Articles Editor for the New England Journal of International and Comparative Law. 

Representative Experience
  • Represented, presented oral arguments and obtained favorable decisions for over 300 claimants in Social Security Disability hearings in a two-year time period
  • Submitted written pre-hearing briefs and obtained favorable decisions without requiring oral argument.
