Julie Adams Listed as a 2022 North Carolina Super Lawyer

NORTH CAROLINA – FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Julie K. Adams was listed as a “2022 North Carolina Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers Magazine.

Super Lawyers recognizes attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their legal practice. Attorneys are chosen for this honor through a statewide nomination process, peer review by practice area and independent research on candidates. The rigorous process is designed to identify lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Only five percent of attorneys in the state of North Carolina are selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers.

Julie represents employers in a broad range of industries, including the hospitality, technology and healthcare industries. She is highly experienced in matters arising under Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Amendments Act, and various North Carolina state employment laws. Julie practices in state and federal courts and routinely appears before administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor, the North Carolina Department of Labor, the North Carolina Industrial Commission, and the North Carolina Employment Security Commission. She is also adept at counseling employers to reduce the risk of potential litigation and provides advice on the business and legal ramifications of day-to-day employment decisions.
