Luis Hansen's legal practice is centered on the defense and counsel of management in labor and employment law matters.

Prior to working at FordHarrison, Luis was an associate at a national law firm where he represented employees in discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, wage, and overtime matters. This well-rounded experience representing plaintiffs provides Luis with a unique understanding into the potential challenges that companies often face in litigation. Additionally, Luis served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jose L. Linares in the District of New Jersey.

During law school, Luis was a student attorney with the Juvenile Justice and Criminal Trials and Appeals Clinic, litigating juvenile criminal matters and claims of wrongful convictions. He also worked as a legal intern for the Farmworker and Landscaper Advocacy Project, advocating on behalf of migrant workers for fair wages.
