Susan Sacco advises employers in several areas including: sexual harassment; sex, race, national origin, and age discrimination; the Americans with Disabilities Act; Equal Pay Act; Family and Medical Leave Act; Fair Labor Standards Act, and Florida Whistleblower's Act, as well as trade secret, non-compete, and tortious interference with business relationship litigation.

She has also presented numerous seminars on employment law issues.

Susan practiced commercial litigation in state and federal courts for more than ten years before concentrating in employment law. She serves as a federal court arbitrator.

She is a member of The Florida Bar's Labor and Employment Section and the Orange County Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law committee.
