Michael Tontillo is an associate with Kastner Westman & Wilkins, which is an affiliate of FordHarrison LLP.

Mike first joined KWW as a law clerk in 2019. Following his second summer with the firm, Mike accepted the firm’s offer to remain on the team following his graduation from the Moritz College of Law at the Ohio State University. Now an attorney, Mike has accumulated significant experience in various aspects of labor and employment law during his time with KWW, including health and pension benefits agreements, leave management, and ADA compliance.

In his undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama, Mike majored in education and worked as an elementary school teacher before eventually transitioning into the Law. Mike’s educational training makes him especially adept at breaking down complicated legal concepts and translating them into straightforward, concrete recommendations that are easy for clients to digest and understand. Mike enjoys a good puzzle and often finds creative ways to accomplish clients’ goals while remaining legally compliant.
