NEW JERSEY – FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that three Berkeley Heights, New Jersey-based attorneys have been selected for inclusion in the 2018 New Jersey Super Lawyers or 2018 New Jersey Rising Stars lists. Mark A. Saloman was recognized as a 2018 New Jersey Super Lawyer. David S. Kim and Joanna S. Rich were recognized as 2018 New Jersey Rising Stars.
Super Lawyers recognizes attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their legal practice. Attorneys are selected for this honor through a statewide nomination process, peer review by practice area and independent research on candidates. The rigorous process is designed to identify lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. In the state of New Jersey, only five percent of attorneys are selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers.
The Rising Stars list recognizes the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state – those who are 40 years old or younger, or those who have been practicing for 10 years or less. No more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state are named to the New Jersey Rising Stars list.
