Paul Suh's legal practice is centered on the defense and counsel of management in labor and employment law matters. 

Paul has extensive experience handling employment matters on both the plaintiff and the defense sides of the courtroom including wage and hour class actions, representative California Private Attorneys Act (PAGA) actions, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Paul served as an associate for a southern California plaintiffs' employment law firm where he specialized in wage and hour class actions and representative PAGA actions. Prior to that post, Paul was an attorney at a labor and employment law boutique firm which represented both management clients and individual plaintiffs and also participated in trial.

During law school, Paul was recognized with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the Social Enterprise and Economic Empowerment clinic serving as outside counsel for non-profit organizations and social enterprises on a variety of matters, including corporate governance, transactions, operations and compliance. He also served as the Senior Technology Editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal, completed an externship for the Honorable Monica F. Wiley in the San Francisco County Superior Court, and worked for an international transactional firm, specializing in technology, media, and entertainment law for large mobile, console, and online video game companies.
