OUR PEOPLE

Ryan O'Donnell's legal practice is solely focused on the representation of management in labor and employment law matters.

Ryan has significant experience advising both private employers and public entities in issues impacting the employment relationship in both unionized and nonunionized workforces. He routinely works with restaurants to ensure they remain compliant with Connecticut’s wage and hour laws, Covid-safety regulations, and a host of other legal challenges unique to the restaurant industry.

Clients who are confronted with employment law disputes routinely turn to Ryan for representation and guidance in wage and hour issues, use of social media, discrimination and harassment suits on the basis of age, race, national origin, gender, and disability, leave issues, and retaliation claims.
