About the Program
David Prather and Richard Reinhardt will discuss how to objectively evaluate jobs (not people) to ensure internal fairness of pay, and how to properly classify employees under the Overtime Exemptions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
David Prather, Co-chair of FordHarrison's Wage and Hour Practice Group and a former Senior Advisor to the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor, will lead the discussion on wage-hour compliance.
Richard Reinhardt, Vice President of F&H Solutions Group, has developed sound compensation plans for all types of companies throughout the U.S. for over 30 years. He will lead you through the process of properly evaluating jobs.
