Three Los Angeles-Based FordHarrison Attorneys Named "2016 Southern California Rising Stars"

The following attorneys were recognized as Southern California Rising Stars – Stefan H. Black, Catherine Hazany and Alexandria Witte.

Stefan Black focuses his practice on representing management in labor and employment law disputes. He has defended clients in a variety of matters including claims for unpaid overtime, Title VII race discrimination claims, ERISA claims, breach of contract disputes and suits to enforce covenants not to compete. Catherine Hazany concentrates her practice on employment litigation, including Americans with Disability Act disputes, sexual harassment, disability discrimination, and wrongful termination claims. Catherine advises clients about leaves of absences, the good faith interactive process, reasonable accommodations, and responding to charges filed with agencies such as the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
