Marc will discuss the wage and hour regulations on the Department of Labor's agenda, including issues relating to new record keeping requirements that the DOL may seek to impose on employers regarding employees that are exempt from overtime and independent contractors.

Marc will also provide a general overview of other pending labor and employment legislation and how it will impact employers.
