Christine Rodriguez focuses her legal practice on advising clients in all aspects of business immigration law. 

Christine provides strategic advice and immigration planning to clients in a variety of industries in the full range of immigration processes from hire to permanent residency, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, H-3, STEM OPT, I-140 (EB1 and PERM-based) immigration petitions and I-485 adjustment of status applications. 

Christine has been working in the business immigration field since receiving her bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University. For four years she served as a paralegal in a large corporate immigration firm prior to attending law school, and returned to business immigration upon earning her J.D. During law school, Christine interned with the Offices of the DeKalb County and Fulton County District Attorneys, Atlanta Legal Aid Society, and the ACLU of Georgia. 

  • Developed immigration policies, procedures and best practices related to the permanent labor certification process for clients in the banking, technology, and life sciences industries. 
  • Represented and counseled employers subject to audits, Requests for Evidence (RFE), and other legal proceedings by U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. 
  • Counseled human resource personnel regarding employer requirements in complex I-9 cases and reductions in force. 
  • Obtained retroactive R-1 approval and reinstatement of lawful immigration status for R-1 religious worker who overstayed authorized R-1 period.
