Jennifer Ohn devotes her legal practice to the representation and counsel of management clients facing labor and employment law disputes.
Jennifer has appeared on behalf of her clients in state and federal courts throughout Texas and has appeared in proceedings in Texas appellate courts for the Fifth and the Second Circuit Courts of Appeals. She has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting non-compete and non-solicitation agreements; assisting companies in developing, reviewing, and revising employment agreements, post-termination agreements, operating agreements, codes of conduct, and policies and procedures; pursuing and defending claims involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements; and pursuing and defending claims involving breach of employment agreements.
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Jennifer practiced at a Dallas-based general services firm, obtaining experience in employment law, construction law, commercial litigation, real estate law, and intellectual property matters. While earning her JD at SMU, Jennifer served as the Chief student attorney for the Dedman School of Law Small Business and Trademark Clinic and gained experience in corporate governance and protecting intellectual property. Jennifer’s understanding of advertising and business allows her to help clients resolve disputes in innovative ways.
