Robert Baker concentrates his legal practice on providing representation and counsel to management clients facing labor and employment law challenges. 

Robert helps employers with traditional labor and employment law issues. He provides management counseling to clients experiencing workplace concerns such as ADA compliance, FMLA regulations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, safety, and legal risk management. Additionally, Robert works with clients involved in federal and administrative labor and employment litigation, collective bargaining administration and negotiations, arbitration, and National Labor Relations Board matters.

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Robert was a student extern with the DeKalb County (GA) District Attorney's Office where he obtained experience giving oral arguments, drafting memoranda, and serving on the prosecution team in criminal trials. He also completed a judicial internship for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, analyzing arguments and evidence, drafting orders, and contributing in case discussions. While earning his J.D., Robert served as the Head Notes Editor for the Vermont Law Review, and was both a senator for the Student Bar Association and a student ambassador for the Office of Student Affairs. Robert also played Division I NCAA Football for all four years of his undergraduate career and maintained involvement in a number of leadership and service organizations.
