In this session, we will explore the value of investing in equity, diversity and inclusion, explain these key concepts and explore the importance of creating an environment where everyone feels valued, included and empowered to do their best work and bring great ideas to the table. We will also touch on the critical areas of unconscious bias, cultural competences, microaggressions and code switching and how addressing these areas will lead to greater retention and advancement.
