New Pay Bias Statute Generates Mixed Reaction

In this article, Louis Britt, a partner in Ford & Harrison's Memphis office, talks about how the first law signed by Pres. Obama that overturns a U.S. Supreme Court ruling and gives employees more time to file unequal pay bias claims basically opens the door for more litigation. He adds that this is coming at a time when companies don't have the resources to spend on educating and training supervisors.
